FAQ
I have set a departure date but have not yet decided on a return date.
―Purchase insurance for the longest period of time you can anticipate.
If you return home earlier than expected, we will cancel your policy and provide a refund, if any.
In that case, please contact Creohuman (or Academic Office if you are an APU student).
I applied for insurance but have not received my policy card.
―We will send you a policy card after we have confirmed the transfer of the premium from you.
If you do not receive an email informing you of the insurance premium after submitting the declaration form for overseas travel insurance, please contact Creohuman.
If you are an APU student, you can receive an information e-mail after submitting your declaration form and declaring your travel dates to the Academic Office.
The Certificate of insurance issued to obtain a visa is not an insurance policy card.
